Re-dedicated August 28, 2013 by Commodore Geoffrey D.G. Peretz to A.J. Patrick Oswald, Past Commodore, founder and honourary patron of the Commodore's Cup Regatta.
Awarded to the sailor with the most improved results at the Commodore's Cup Regatta.
